Registration forms for Asbury Community Christian Preschool are available to print below. Please complete the application form and mail it in, or you may drop the completed form off at the preschool office. Please be sure that the $100 registration fee accompanies your registration paperwork. Please do not email registration forms.

Required Documents for Preschool Students
Children’s medical records must be updated when there are any changes made to immunization or health status.
If no changes have been made, Preschool medical records only need to be submitted when you first register.

Clubhouse
Clubhouse is full for the 2026-2027 school year. To be placed on our waitlist, please email m.krupar@asburychristianpreschool.org.
