Seniority System

Asbury Community Christian Preschool & Clubhouse conducts Registration beginning with Asbury UMC church members and current/returning families. 

Determining Your Seniority Number

Registration is based on seniority. This means that for each school year you have had children attending Asbury Community Christian Preschool or Clubhouse, you have earned one point. A family may not receive more than one point per year. For example:

If you have had a child attend Asbury for 3 consecutive years, you will earn 3 points. Please note that only 1 point can be earned per familiy, per year, regardless of number of children attending in the same year. 

Place your seniority number at the top of your registration form. If you do not include your seniority number, your registration form will be processed in the order it is received.

Registrations should be mailed or dropped off in the preschool office. You may mail your registration to 78 Church Road, Arnold, Maryland, 21012.

You will be notified of your child’s placement once your registration form is received and documented. The registration fee ($100 for the first child and $75 for additional children) must accompany your registration form.
